A : Which configuration is necessary to use the HelloBox service ?
The HelloBox chats are supported under Windows XP SP2 with Internet Explorer 6 SP2 or more, or with the browser Firefox 1.2 or more. Morever, HelloBox service requires that the Javascript and the cookies are activated on your computer.
A : How to insert HelloBox on my site ?

The code of one HelloBox must be placed between the < body > (located in top of your Web page) and </ body> (located in bottom of your Web page). You can check it by editing your page with a simple text editor (e.g: Bloc-Notes of Windows).
