Use of the HelloBox service is only permitted if you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions:
Disclaimers
- HelloBox is not liable for any loss or damage to the user or equipment or third parties as a result of use of the service.
- Although downtime is exceedingly minimal, HelloBox cannot be held responsible for losses as a result of any downtime.
- HelloBox cannot be held responsible for any material on any hellobox that is in breach of copyright or in violation of any other law. HelloBox owners are responsible for monitoring the content of their individual helloboxes.
Content
- The privacy and security of material submitted to any hellobox cannot be guaranteed. HelloBox does not guarantee that a recent backup of hellobox posts is available in the event of equipment failure.
- HelloBox is not responsible for the content of any hellobox. The views expressed by hellobox users are not necessarily those of the service administrators.
- HelloBox reserves the right to remove or modify the content of any hellobox if it deems such action necessary. HelloBox is not, however, obliged to remove offending content, unless relevant law determines that it is.
Terms of Service
- The hellobox may not be displayed on any website deemed unlawful by law.
- Adverts can be displayed and must be visible to third party visitors – configurations that obscure or render invisible the adverts are not permitted.
- The 'get one' link must be visible on all helloboxes.
- Only VIP members can launch private chats.
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in deletion of the offending account.
Cessation of Service
- HelloBox retains the right to cease provision of service to any user for any reason, without prior notice.
Other
- HelloBox reserves the right to alter or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
